Position Appropriations/Budget
“The appropriations bills passed by the House deliver results for Oklahoma and communities across the country. Importantly, they strengthen American military superiority and fund the E-7 wedgetail program at Tinker AFB. Provisions in the bill end open border policies of the Biden-era, champion measures to make America healthier, and allow our nation to build stronger, travel safer, and support future growth. As Vice Chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development, I'm particularly proud of the portion that modernizes our transportation infrastructure by improving aviation safety, strengthening transit systems, and supporting local economic development. Chairman Tom Cole deserves tremendous credit for fighting to get all twelve appropriations bills passed by the House. Mr. Cole and the entire Appropriations Committee have delivered on their commitment to reduce spending, deliver wins for our constituents, and codify the priorities of the Trump Administration.”

Position Appropriations/Budget
“This responsible package delivers real results for Oklahoma and the American people. These bills bolster our nuclear defense systems, reinforce water infrastructure, and restore American energy dominance. It also helps fight against the scourge of fentanyl, provides funding for emergency weather services, defends the Second Amendment and supports law enforcement. These bills also eliminate wasteful Biden-era polices that have held our country back while advancing pro-growth initiatives. I was proud to support this package which delivers tangible wins for Oklahoma families and look forward to working with my colleagues to pass the rest of the appropriations bills.”
